Special Note on Made-to-Order Items:
Please be aware that all items available on our website are made to order. This means each product is uniquely crafted based on your selection and specifications at the time of order. Due to the custom nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we deeply value customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance. Our team is committed to ensuring that your experience with us is positive and that any concerns are addressed promptly.
30-Day Return Policy:
While we do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items, for other eligible products, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and will send the item back to you.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@sweatzone.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
For products eligible for return, the fastest way to secure a replacement is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note, if your order qualified for free delivery and you return an item, a fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund amount. Additionally, please avoid placing any labels directly onto the box as failing to comply with this will lead to the packaging cost being deducted from your refund amount.
